Upgraded to jclouds 1.9.1 in 295c545c4647b4ab075ca0414ad456a645b5e9f0
Dropped openstack-neutron, google-compute-engine forks since custom changes are
available in upstream project. Dropped vcloud since it is no longer supported
by jclouds project. Applied custom changes to aws-ec2 fork in Stratos
