Steps to reproduce
===============
Sign up for an application from a tenant
Deploy a web application from UI (It is committed to git and worker nodes will
get synchronized)
Now delete an artifact in Git repo
The artifact is not deleted since a git pull is executed before executing git
commit of deleted files.
