How to reproduce
1) Update cartridge definition by adding a new payload parameter
2) start an instance. newly added payload parameter is not sent into the
instance
You have to delete the cartridge definition and redeploy new cartridge
definition to see the effect. But deleting a cartridge is not possible while
there are running applications which uses this cartridge
