Thanks all for your suggestions.

Stratos 4.1.x branch already has the change to show Monitoring menu in gray
color as in the image attached at the start of this thread. We will go with
this for 4.1.5 release. Since DAS configuration page is not available in
stratos wiki at the moment, I'll add the tooltip in next release with DAS
config link.
