Hi Isuru, PCA should print a message like "Waiting for complete topology event..." after this. Also if topology request mechanism fails, it should initialize the topology from complete topology event which is published periodically by CC.
I think the problem is PCA didn't properly subscribe to MB. Can you check the connectivity between PCA and MB? Also check the agent.conf as well. Now we have changed the MB related configuration. It should have MB_URL property (instead of MB_IP and MB_PORT). Thanks.
