Thats how it will work after INFRA sets it up. We are waiting in the INFRA task - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6470 David had been greatly helpful taking care of all the tasks so far. As he indicated before, he may not have the right karma to help with this. So little more patience while it gets through INFRA queue and we should roll from there.
