What I'm trying to achieve is define an abstraction for a Cartridge Instance
which is not well defined in the Stratos Controller. I will share a complete
class diagram ASAP so that we can review this. Properties here refers to
java.util.properties, which can be used to pass any implementation specific
properties when a user is subscribing to a cartridge.
