Description: A new interface was introduced in Load Balancer Extension API
for publishing statistics to CEP. It was designed by including a statistics
reader interface which will be used by the LoadBalancerExtension class for
reading statistics from the load balancer and publishing them periodically to
CEP. This interface could be implemented for HAProxy as a reference
implementation. (was: We need to update Load Balancing Extension API and
introduce an interface for publishing statistics to Complex Event Processing
(CEP) Engine. This could be implemented for HAProxy as a reference
implementation.)
