Description:
We have to get rid of
gradient, secondDerivative, scaleDownMarginOfGradient,
scaleDownMarginOfSecondDerivative from autoscaling policy.

We have to get rid of
gradient, secondDerivative, scaleDownMarginOfGradient,
scaleDownMarginOfSecondDerivative. I see all the samples still have these
values.
