We can use two scenarios;
1. we have to define mb port manually as mb_port=5677 which is the new port
after applying mb port offset
2. we have to define new property which is saying that we are going to use WSO2
MB or any other MB. If we are going to use WSO2 MB then all
<component>_mb_listen_port should be changed as <component>_mb_listen_port =
mb_listen_port + mb_port_offset
