stratos installer - EC2 setup

The installer has a variable ec2_keypair_name.  Where does the stratos
expect to find the keypairs pointed to by this variable?  in ~/.ssh/?
What does stratos expect the keypair filename to be,
~/.ssh/$ec2_keypair_name?
