Tuna, first step for me is to see my vagrant scripts successfully
setting up a stratos runtime against AWS. However, I hit a dead-end
with the wiki setup instructions, so I am waiting for the single jvm
issues to be fixed and documented - at that point I can apply the
documentation to my vagrant scripts.

When I have a stratos runtime to play with, then I can start looking
into the code and figuring out a design.
