That mean it is not specific to any service (PHP, LB, MYSQL, etc). When
subscribing to the cartridge relevant services will be installed through
puppet.

Scripts are already available[1] and use to create cartridges as explained
in [2]. To create a generic cartridge user have to provide 'default' as the
service name when run the config script
