Unless there are divergent views on this, I do not think a formal vote is 
required. But I will wait for atleast a day more to see if any one has any 
other opinions. 

Meanwhile, it will be great if we have volunteers to update the project team 
page with the current PPMC. Note, a valid PPMC member should have a valid 
apache account and should have been notified to the IPMC and announced to the 
community.
