We need an error page for HTTP 500 Status code in Stratos Console UI to avoid
page crashes.
For example, try an invalid cartridge type:
https://stratos.apache.org:9443/console/subscribe_cartridge.jag?cartridgeType=php
Then the page crashes with following error:
HTTP Status 500 - org.mozilla.javascript.WrappedException: Wrapped
org.jaggeryjs.scriptengine.exceptions.ScriptException:
org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: SyntaxError: Unexpected token: < (http#17)
