After running  automated product configuration script some properties are not 
written to the cloud-controller.xml

Following properties were defined in setup.conf but missing in 
cloud-controller.xml

 <property name="securityGroups" value="xxx"/>
 <property name="keyPair" value="xxx"/>
 <property name="autoAssignIp" value="xxx" />
