Using JNDI to connect to AMQP is a legacy carry over from the days of JMS.
JNDI limits the choice of AMQP servers for Stratos.
http://www.rabbitmq.com/java-client.html is one option for connecting to any
AMQP standard server in a AMQP compliant way:
