Ah, the stratos version of puppet install should probably be synced with upstream as our version hardcodes the timezone to Asia/Colombo, but upstream the default is Etc/UTC.
Anyone installing puppetmaster using the stratos wiki instructions will most likely run into the same problem I have with mis-matched timezones. Because we have a forked version of puppetinstall for cartridges, the wiki should probably be recommending to use the stratos version of puppetinstall for installing the server as well?
