Yeah, I was thinking mainly of new users following the instructions in
the wiki.  They have gone through all the steps to setup stratos and
create and register cartridge.  Then the user starts to subscribe to a
cartridge (e.g. php), but is left guessing where to find a php project
that they can subscribe to.
