Currently Cartridge Agent only support shell script extensions for instance
notifier events. This can be improved to support topology events such as
complete topology event, member activated event and complete tenant event.
The agent will execute scripts (script file names/paths can be configured per
event type) for every topology event received. These scripts can be used to
extend the functionality of Cartridge Agent, thus provide better support for
cartridge applications to be aware of current topology.
