Cartridge subscription fails when persistent volume mapping is not provided.
The size attribute takes an empty value causing a validation failure in
CartridgeInfoBean.
Load balancer cartridges are not identified as load balancers when
"loadBalancer" property is not set. This property should not be present for
load balancer cartridges.
