Hi Michiel,

Welcome to the Stratos community. In 4.0 we have introduced a single JVM
Stratos distribution hence if you use that set-up, you would end-up have
only one server which has Cloud-Controller, Stratos Manager, Auto-scaler,
CEP embedded into it. Beside that fact, Auto-scaler didn't have any
specific UI components.
