+1 Built Stratos code from 4.0.0-incubating-rc3 tag. Tested with Openstack Havana and verified the following works: register tenant, deploy partitions, and deployment/autoscale policies, deploy/undeploy cartridge, subscribe/unsubscribe cartridge.
