Currently, pipelines that are either updated or loaded from the pipeline cache
are rendered using the auto-layout feature. The original position of pipeline
elements in the canvas is lost, which is confusing for users.
Store the position of pipeline elements and potentially also further metadata
(e.g., custom names for processors or comments placed on the canvas) along with
the pipeline to restore the original pipeline structure when updating
pipelines..
