Hi Himanshu, welcome to the mailing list and the StreamPipes community. In [1] we have instructions on how to set up the development environment. For starters, I would suggest that you familiarize yourself with the system and try to write your first custom processor. You can also find more info on this in the documentation [2].
If you then want to dive deeper into the system later there are several issues on GitHub that are tagged 'good first issue'. You can have a look there and choose one. Please let us know if you need further assistance in setting up the development environment or if you have any other questions.
