The failure of the CI process `PR validation / run-rat-plugin`, seems to be
caused by a problem with GO configuration of mvn verify, and the main error
message was:
```
[INFO] Rat check: Summary over all files. Unapproved: 1, unknown: 1,
generated: 0, approved: 4153 licenses.
Warning: Files with unapproved licenses:
streampipes-client-go/docs/go.sum
```
So I will update the exclusion list for the apache-rat plugin to fix this
problem.
