### Pull Request: Migrate Processing Element Builders to New API
**Description:**
This PR migrates the processing element builders to the new API and removes
the deprecated methods from the `Builder` classes. This includes updates for
adapter configurations and processing elements to ensure compatibility with the
latest API standards and support versioning.
**Changes Made:**
1. Removed deprecated methods from `AdapterConfigurationBuilder`,
`DataSinkBuilder` and `ProcessingElementBuilder`.
2. Updated code to use the new API versions for all processing elements and
adapter configurations.
**Impact:**
Ensures the project aligns with the latest API standards and supports
versioning for better maintainability and future migrations.
