The filter in the data explorer had problems handling numerical values. This
PR addresses and fixes two main cases:
1. **String property containing numerical values:** Numerical filtering
failed when numerical values were stored as strings.
2. **Dimension property containing numerical values:** Tag values in
InfluxDB, which are implicitly handled as strings, caused numerical filtering
issues.
