Summary: Update TypeConverter to handle more cases

The FacebookTypeConverter needs to be able to handle not only Posts from
Facebook, but also Pages. In order for this to be possible, we will need to
implement a FacebookEventClassifier and tie that into the TypeConverter. A Page
schema will need to be added as will a PageActivitySerializer.
