Summary: The Instagram serializer should include a user's post
count

As a developer, I should have access to an Instagram user's: post count,
followers count, and follows count. The
InstagramActivityUtil#buildActor(UserInfoData item) method already includes
followers count and follows count, but does not include the user's post count.
