Summary: FacebookPostActivitySerializer needs to follow provider
naming conventions

The FacebookPostActivitySerializer currently uses "facebook" as the provider
name whereas all other channels capitalize the first letter (like "Twitter" and
"Instagram")
The PROVIDER_NAME needs to be capitalized.
