This provider doesn't operate off of unaltered JSON String, though. It gets
back G+'s Activity or Person objects (distinct from our own POJOS) We would
therefore need to do the conversion step in the processor back to the
appropriate object type (G+ Activity or Person) before it could be converted to
a Stream's Activity
