Summary: TwitterActivityUtil needs to not use expanded links

TwitterActivityUtil is currently using the expanded link of any entity provided
by Twitter. However, there is no guarantee that the expanded link will match
the URL that is in the content of the tweet. We need to make sure we use the
URL that is contained in the Tweet's content.
