Steve Blackmon commented on STREAMS-313:
----------------------------------------

In the meantime, I've removed these dependencies entirely from the module,
leaving just the interfaces and the refactoring that make it possible to use a
binary graph builder like this within a stream.

> Create a GraphPersistWriter implementation optimized for throughput, with
> ability to build a large graph database rapidly from scratch, rather than
> incrementally update an online graph via rest API.
> Neo4j should be an optional scope import - bound at compile/test time but not
> included by default with streams-persist-graph.
