The release candidate looks fine to me, also the required license, notice and
disclaimer files are all present and correct AFAICT.
One trivial issue: the copyright year in the NOTICE file for streams-project
source still needs to be updated for 2016.
There also are some outdated modules under poms and provision which still refer
to version 0.1-SNAPSHOT, I guess those are no longer needed?
Maybe clean out those with the next release.
And before moving this vote to the IPMC on general@ the links to the source
repositories need to be fixed, e.g. replacing ${release.master.repository} and
${release.project.repository} with orgapachestreams-1014
