At my last contract I was one of the Bugilla Admins (2.6.X) series.
So I am familar with Buzilla 2.6 but 2.4 may have that in an entirely different place.
I don't know it well enought to tell you from memory.
I think I just fixed this one ... fortunately, the database architects for Bugzilla understand the difference between a primary key and a public identifier. I've just updated the public identifier (the email address) to be "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" instead of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
