We're using a Tomcat-style release process, where the builds get done
but are not classified as to quality until people have a chance to
play with them and decide for us. The 1.2.0 build was a bust, so never
got posted to the main distribution site (or the mirrors).

I suspect this means you have to checkout the cvs abuild 1.2 release
yourself, why not have some distros?
