I just ran the tomcat 4.1 test against the latest source with no problem. I had this hanging problem when I first tried to run the tests a month or two ago, I'm scratching my head to remember all the problems I encountered but I seem to remember I initially tried to use Cactus 1.5 which caused problems - switching to Cactus 1.4.1 was one of the solutions.
