Hi, 

We're using templates, not tiles...so I'm not sure this bug  still applies.

The problem:
the GetTag throws this exception:
            throw new JspException(ex.getMessage());

If it threw it like so our error processing could find the 'root cause' of the
JspException.:
            throw new JspException(ex);


proposed solution:
use  JspException(throwable) constructor when throwing new exception.
