Sorry, I forgot to add one piece of important information. A signed
CLA on file is required before an account can be enabled. Your account
is enabled, ergo you have a signed CLA on file. (I checked the
record.) This is something that changed while you and James were on
hiatus. The ASF got strict about this and disabled any account for
which a signed CLA wasn't on file. That's why James' account became
disabled, while yours did not.

I'm still waiting to hear back about James' account.
