I can't decide how serious I think this is. On the one hand, it's a
contrib issue, meaning that it shouldn't be that big of a deal. On the
other hand, I feel uneasy with the idea of having a GA release that

I think that if it's at all possible to quickly roll a 1.2.8 which fixes it, we should do so, but treat people's time and experiences using 1.2.7 as valid criteria for voting on the quality of 1.2.8.


If it is not possible to quickly roll a 1.2.8, I would not let this issue stop me from voting 1.2.7 as GA if nothing else comes up.
