In my opinion it would be easier for people who already use the JSTL Expression
Language if the validation context looked almost exactly the same as in JSTL
(with the exception that we will use JEXL). If people are used to certain things
I would not remove them, especially that it is not a huge overhead to add them
for all peoples convenience and for our sanity.
