I think you would be well-served to upgrade. While the people on this list tend to be very helpful and knowledgeable and would probably be able to offer some degree of support for 1.0.2, you may find that those resources dwindle quicker than you'd like :)
Not to mention the fact that all the things that have been added to Struts since 1.0.2 would probably be very nice to have available to your project. -- Frank W.
