Actually the naming discussion is pretty convoluted. I don't have a particularly strong opinion in one or the other direction. The only problem this patch is trying to address is that Ted Husted changed every instance of "Struts" to "Struts Core" or just "Core" everywhere in the documentation but missed these ones. So it's just a matter of consistency to change the last remaining pieces.
