I remember seeing discussions about this on site-dev@, but I hadn't
taken the time to look....until now.
I've committed an initial stab at a doap file for Struts. Everyone
feel free to update it as you see fit. I suppose once we publish
this file, we should tell someone over on [EMAIL PROTECTED]
