+1 Let's keep the Struts-Tiles code and Tiles-Velocity type code out
of stand-alone tiles for the moment. I think a better time for moving
those over would be once Tiles is established and released as an
independent Jakarta Web Component.
Personally, I doubt there would ever be a "right time" to put glue
code like that in Tiles. It strikes me that the glue is more about
the non-tiles side of thing (at least from what I recall when I wrote
the struts-chain code to handle tiles forward destinations.)
I'd argue that any code to make Struts work well with Tiles belongs
in Struts projects (and the same for tiles-velocity probably,
although I don't really know that code.)
