A couple of other things:
1. Who wants to be a moderator?
I can help with that.
2. Should we set up a TILES JIRA instance or remain part of Struts? I
understand the issue of moving tickets has a tentative resolution. Since
our tickets are currently SB- I think we want to move them anyway.
I'd be for staying in the Struts instance (like Shale did) until we have
a good reason to move away from it. It seems like it would be less
burden on infra (and maybe ourselves). Is there any reason why our own
instance may be advantagous?
