I got the solution for this. The issue I am getting is OnClick on a Hyper Link from Search Result page to launch the "update" page. B'caz even for "update", I am using the same FormBean which i have used for "Add". So It is calling the validate() method where I am doing lots of Form validation, hence failing and not executing Action Class.
