I see the dependency was added.

Maybe I am missing something.  What do you mean there is an app on the page?  I 
see the pieces...  Is that what you mean?

The docs at [1] states that it needs to be in WEB-INF/lib; I guess we've just 
assumed that anyone using Maven probably already knows web-app layouts--I'll 
add a note.

There's a hello world app on the same page... does it not work?
