If you encounter a problem with this mirror, please select another mirror. If all mirrors are failing, there are *backup* mirrors (at the end of the mirrors list) that should be available. https://struts.apache.org/[preferred]struts/2.5.16/struts-2.5.16-src.zip I get a 404 Page Not Found this does not look correct?
